Participants had another fruitful day full with useful discussions and exciting group activities. Representatives of local authorities and civil society organisations from selected mountainous municipalities presented climate change risks and challenges for their respective regions. Reflecting upon the possible adaptation actions, the invited Expert described one of solutions showcased in the Mountains ADAPT booklet.

Country Groups identified partnerships and brainstormed for solutions. As a part of group activity – each Group provided feedback about the small grants scheme and presented outlines for provisional pilot projects.

Finally, the future steps Mountains ADAPT project implementation, including pilot testing small grants funding scheme were discussed at the Regional Meeting.
